  Rob Lutz, President
Rob has spent the last 14 years involved with publishing and business development in the natural-health media space, since joining New Hope Natural Media in 1993. Leveraging a strong science background in college, (he researched ISCADOR, a mistletoe extract, for the immunology department at Washington & Lee University, 1986-87) Rob developed an aptitude for identifying emerging industry trends. Rob successfully launched publications, trade shows and conferences for New Hope Natural Media, including Nutrition Science News, which peaked at $2 million in annual revenue under his direction. In the late ‘90s, Rob served as the Director of Business Development for Integrative Medicine Communications, a well-respected content provider to hospitals, medical professional and consumer health and ecommerce websites. Rob returned to New Hope Natural Media in 2001 and was instrumental in launching SupplyExpo and relaunching Functional Foods & Nutraceuticals after New Hope acquired the title in 2001. Rob was the lead team member in the successful repositioning of the Nutracon conference, establishing a solid platform in the global-health-ingredient marketplace for the company. He joined InnoVision Health Media in 2005 as Group Publisher, focused primarily on revenue development for the peer-reviewed medical journals and the newly acquired consumer newsstand title, Alternative Medicine. Rob has been an integral part of the internal restructuring and strategic initiatives resulting in a more streamlined organization with revenue growth in excess of 25% annually. Rob was promoted to Executive Vice President in summer of 2006, and now represents very competent operational leadership for all of the InnoVision Health Media businesses.

  Frank Lampe, Executive Vice President
In addition to his corporate responsibilities, Frank oversees all of the Company's publications, books and websites, and its continuing education division in addition to serving as IVHM’s main liaison with industry and medical trade groups. In 1996, he co-founded Natural Business Communications (NBC), now a division of Conscious Media. Under his direction, NBC identified and quantified the now $209 billion (2005) U.S. “Lifestyles Of Health and Sustainability” (LOHAS) market and conducted the first research on the LOHAS consumer. In 2000, NBC launched the groundbreaking LOHAS Journal. Frank was the founding Editorial Director of this publication as well as of the executive newsletter, Natural Business. He also co-directed the annual LOHAS Market Trends Conference. Working with the Natural Marketing Institute, Frank helped update the LOHAS market-size data in 2006. Before NBC, Mr. Lampe was the Editorial Director for the Natural Products Group at New Hope Natural Media, where he oversaw operations for the company's numerous natural products titles. At various times, he served as the Associate Publisher of New Hope's trade titles, oversaw the seminar program of the company's two annual trade shows and helped with the formation of industry quality standards. His background includes extensive experience in consumer-product-based wholesale and retail sales and marketing as well as numerous writing and speaking credits in the U.S. and abroad. He currently sits on the board of the Washington, DC-based Natural Products Foundation.


  Randy Goldner, Publisher
As Publisher of InnoVision Health Media, Randy Goldner oversees sales and marketing related to the Company’s print and online properties. Randy was most recently Director of Sales at The Wild Divine Project, where he successfully launched a revolutionary mind-body training technology into Whole Foods, Drugstore.com, Pharmaca and Vitamin Cottage (among others), along with major mass-market sales channels such as Amazon and Best Buy. Randy has more than twenty-five years of media experience, including lengthy stints with publications specific to the legal, hi-tech, telecom and apparel industries. In 1995 he became Director of Marketing for Duke Communications, a hi-tech B2B publisher with properties for Microsoft and IBM users. He left Duke in 2000 to become Group Publisher of Penton Media’s Telecom Division, where he led Boardwatch and ISPworld.com. In 2003, he became Group Publisher of Primedia Business Media’s Apparel Division, which included Stitches, Wearables Business and Modern Uniforms magazines. Randy received his BS in Journalism from the University of Colorado, and he describes himself as both a “media junkie” and “natural products junkie.”


  Nick Collatos, Circulation Director
Nick Collatos has been the Circulation Director for InnoVision since 1994 and oversees both the consumer and professional publications. Originally hired in 1994 by InnoVision’s predecessor, The American Association of Critical Care Nurses, Nick was a member of the original management team that launched Alternative Therapies in Health and Medicine (1995) and oversaw AACN’s membership publications. A circulation veteran with 29 years of circulation experience, Nick has held management positions at the Los Angeles Daily News, the Los Angeles Times, and the Ventura County Newspaper Group (a Scripps property). Nick attended California State University of Northridge, where he studied Business Management.

arrow  Linda Sparrowe, Editor in Chief, Natural Solutions: Vibrant Health, Balanced Living
Linda Sparrowe, who joined InnoVision Health Media in 2005 as Editor in Chief of Alternative Medicine magazine, has a long and varied career in magazine publishing including as co-owner of The Herb Quarterly magazine and contract editor for a host of other publications. She was Managing Editor of Yoga Journal for many years, as well as a consultant and contributing editor. She has served as editorial coach, consultant and mentor for several national consumer titles. She is also the author of such books as A Woman’s Book of Yoga and Health, Yoga for Healthy Bones, Yoga for Healthy Menstruation, and Yoga: A Yoga Journal Book.

arrow Mark Hyman, MD, Editor in Chief, Alternative Therapies in Health and Medicine
Dr. Hyman is Editor in Chief of Alternative Therapies in Health and Medicine, the most prestigious journal in the field of integrative medicine, and the Medical Editor of Alternative Medicine magazine. He is the co- author of the New York Times bestselling book published by Scribner, Ultraprevention, the Six Week Plan that Will Make You Healthy for Life, and The Detox Box, A Program for Greater Health and Vitality, recently published by Sounds True, 2004, as well as The Five Forces of Wellness: The Ultraprevention System for Living an Active, Age-Defying, Disease-Free Life (Nightingale-Conant, 2005), NutriGenomics, The New Science of Health (2006).  His latest book is the New York Times bestseller, UltraMetabolism, The Simple Plan for Automatic Weight Loss (Scribner, March 2006).

Joseph E. Pizzorno, Jr., ND, appointed by President Clinton in December 2000 to the White House Commission on Complementary and Alternative Medicine Policy and by President George W. Bush’s administration to the Medicare Coverage Advisory Committee in November 2002, is one of the world’s leading authorities on science-based natural medicine.A physician, educator, researcher and expert spokesperson, Dr. Pizzorno is founding president of Bastyr University. In 2002, he became the editor of InnoVision Health Media’s peer reviewed journal, Integrative Medicine: A Clinician’s Journal.
